【摘要】 目的 :研究门鸟氨酸对肝脏的保护作用。方法 :采用四氯化碳所致大鼠急性实验性肝损伤 ,乙硫氨酸引起小鼠肝脂肪蓄积和戊巴比妥钠致小鼠催眠 3个模型 ,研究门鸟氨酸不同剂量的护肝作用。结果 :门鸟氨酸对四氯化碳所致大鼠急性实验性肝损伤血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)值增高有明显的降低作用 ,且肝细胞的变性坏死也明显减轻 ;对乙硫氨酸升高三酰甘油有一定的降低作用 ;能明显缩短戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠的时间 ,以上作用均与剂量相关。结论 :门鸟氨酸对肝脏具有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To testify the protective effects of ornithine aspartate on the liver. Method:Three models were made:the rat model of acute hepatic injury by CCl₄, the mouse model of fatty liver by ethioine and mouse hypnosis induced by sodium pentobarbital. Results:The levels of the serum AST and pathological injury were significantly decreased in the CCl₄ group. the increased triglyceride level induced by ethionine was lowered,and the sleeping time in the third model was shortened. All of the above effects were in correlation with drug dosage. Conclusion:Ornithine aspartate has significant protective effects on the liver.更多还原
