【摘要】 目的　讨论传统小梁切除术后近期并发症的发生状况 ,治疗方法和效果。方法　回顾分析了 1998年 1月至1999年 12月我科接受治疗小梁切除术的连续病例 10 3例 12 4眼 ,术后近期并发症的发生情况及治疗效果。结果　各种近期并发症的发生率为 43 5 % ,其中 94 4%的病例经保守治疗后获得满意效果。结论　近期并发症的发生率与相关资料接近 ,处理并发症时以保守治疗为首选更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rate of short time complications of traditional trabeculectomy and the treatments.Methods 103 patients (124 eyes) who accepted trabeculectomy from January,1998 to December,1999 were studied.Results The total rate of complications of trabeculectomy was 43.5% and 94.4% of the patients were cured by non-operating methods.Conclusions The main short time complications were simillar to other data and non-operating methods were needed to treat them.更多还原
