陆院沟金矿矿石浮选试验研究

【摘要】 针对陆院沟金矿的矿石性质 ,重点研究了磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、浮选药剂制度等条件及不同的磨浮工艺流程对选金回收率的影响。研究表明 :选用丁基黄药和戊基黄药适宜比例为 1∶3混合药剂浮选 ,采用阶段磨浮工艺流程进行试验 ,获得浮选金回收率为 94 .0 6 %的理想指标

【Abstract】 According to gold-bearing ore quality from Luyuangou gold mine, the influence of abrasive grain, value of ore slurry pH, floatation reagent system, and different grand-float technics flow on recovery rate of gold-bearing ore is emphatically studied. Results show that the adoption of the 1∶3 ratio mixuse of butyl xanthate and amyl xanthate,and phase grand float technics flow carries through experiment,and acquires perfect index of recovery rate of gold and silver is 94.06%?
