激光测量中干扰的光路自动补偿方法

【摘要】 针对常规的前馈补偿方法仅能对激光测量中可测干扰进行补偿的局限性 ,提出一种基于反馈控制的干扰的光路自动补偿设计方法并将其应用于固体颗粒计数器。通过选取合适的被控制量和控制量 ,可同时对颗粒计数器中几种常见的温度漂移、采样区污染、器件老化及光源波动等不同类型的干扰进行在线自动补偿。试验结果表明 ,基于该方法设计的光路自动补偿回路对上述干扰具有很好的自动补偿能力 ,该设计方法对类似的测量系统中干扰的抑制具有重要的参考和借鉴意义

【Abstract】 In allusion to the limitation of the routine way which uses feedforward way to compensate the disturbance in laser measurement, based on the feedback principle, a new design method which can adaptively compensate the disturbance using light loop was introduced in this paper and used to the particle counter. This method can compensate several normal disturbances simultaneously such as temperature drift, contamination of sample area, component ageing and light source fluctuation by selecting appropriate control and under control variables. The experiment results show the light loop based on this method can adaptively compensate the disturbances mentioned above. The design method can offers reference for the similar instrumentation system.
