【摘要】 目的:建立颈痛灵药酒的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以甲醇—0.1％磷酸溶液(75:25)为流动相,检测波长为436nm。结果:颈癌灵药酒中大黄素的浓度线性范围为2.2～22μg/ml,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.9％,RSD为0.86％(n=5)。结论:该法可作为制剂的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the determination of emodin in Jingtongling medicinal liquor. Methods:HPLC method was used,in methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid(75:25) as a mobile phase ;detection wavelength at 436nm. Results:The linear range of emodin in Jingtongling medicinal liquor was 2. 2-22μg/ml ,r = 0. 9998. The average recovery of sample was 99. 9% and RSD was 0. 86%(n = 5).
