【摘要】 目的:研制具备直接手术切割和局部固化灭活双重功能的微波刀。方法:根据微波器的温场效应规律,采用微电脑控制,微波刀的切割刀头设计为双双极微波发射,充分聚能于轴向效应;温控系统用于穿刺固化功能,取得充分的径向热效应。结果:65例肝癌病人用WS-4微波刀治疗,手术直接切割肝组织时,≤3mm的动、静脉血管、胆管均同时闭合,失血少,无手术并发症;穿刺固化治疗可形成4cm直径的肝癌组织失活区。结论:WS-4微波刀可用于肝脏的直接手术切割,也可用于肝癌的穿刺固化灭活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a new microwave operation equipment with two functi ons of incision and solidity.Methods:According to the efficiency rule of micro wave temperature field,the incision tool has tow double aerials for sufficient vertical efficiency,and solidity aerial is controlled by microcomputer tempera ture monitoring system for sufficient horizontal efficiency.Results:65patie nts with hepatic carcinoma are treated by WS-4operation equipment and get go od results.Conclusions:To exercise WS-4operation equipment on liver operati ons is convenient,safe and admired.更多还原
