【Abstract】 The happening of the poverty and its level have close contact with ecological environment, the vicious circle of poverty and ecological environment is one of the key reasons for discontinuous development of poor area’s economic society. To get rid of poverty and sustainable development are the two sides of the whole. Without getting rid of poverty, it would be hard to develop continuously. It would be difficult to get rid of poverty without improving basic condition facilities and raising the qualities of the people in poor areas, improving ecological environment and continuously tapping natural resources.
