【Abstract】 The basic chemical composition in proper exciple of Gleditsia japonica var delavayi was determined and analyzed. The results showed that the contents of raw amylum and total sugar in proper exciple of Gleditsia japonica var delavayi were 13 1 g/100g and 34 6 g/100g respectively. The content of total saponins was examined through high performance liquid chromatography to be 9 7 g/100 g. The type of saponins was preliminarily identified as triterpenoid saponins.更多还原
