【摘要】 从全面质量管理的含义入手 ,分析了企业在新的质量形势下所面临的挑战 ,并针对企业质量管理工作的现状和在推进全面质量管理方面存在的问题 ,提出了企业在加强质量管理、全面提升产品质量和服务质量的对策。

【Abstract】 The thesis starts with the content of TQM,analyses the challenge of Chinese Enterprises facing in the new quality situation,provides countermeasures to intensity QM and upgrade quality of product and service in order to reserve the problem enterprises face in advancing TQM and the present situation of QM.
