【摘要】 目的　观察眼球摘除术后或眼内容物剜除术后二期眶内植入羟基磷灰石 (HA)义眼台的修复效果。方法　 32例 (32只眼 ) ,眼球摘除后 18例行异体巩膜包裹HA义眼台眶内植入 ,眼内容物剜除后 14例采用自体巩膜包埋的HA义眼台眶内植入。结果　术后均出现轻度的局部反应表现 ,1例拆线前切口裂开 ,2例上睑沟轻度凹陷 ,1例上睑下垂 ,1例下穹隆浅 ,经保守治疗或手术处理 ,随访 3～ 11月患者均取得理想的美容和功能效果 ,无一例发生术后眶内感染或义眼台暴露、脱出。结论　羟基磷灰石义眼台二期植入是安全可靠的手术 ,能取得理想的临床效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the repair effect of secondary intraorbital implantation of Hydoxyapatite implants after enucleate or evisceration. Methods A total of 32 patients(32 eyes) was studied,Hydoxyapatite wrapped homologous sclera was used as secondary obitial implant in 18 patients(18 eyes) after enucleate,and for the remaining 14 patients ,orbits were implanted with Hydoxyapatite embed with autologous scleras after evisceration of the eye. Results All patients had occurred slight local reaction,1 patient had small gap of the conjunctival wound befor taking out stitches,2 patients had slight hollow upper eyelid,1 patient had ptosis and 1 patient had below fornix insufficiency. All the patients were followed up for 3～11 months, and were found to have satisfactory cosmetic and functional results, no patients developed postoperative orbital infection or implant exposure or extrusion. Conclusion Secondary intraorbital implantation of Hydoxyapatite implants after enucleate or evisceration is a safe and reliable operation and can obtain satisfactory clinical effect.更多还原
