【摘要】 目的　研究细胞角蛋白 1 9可溶性片段 (CyFRA2 1 1 )在口腔鳞癌患者血浆中的浓度变化及临床意义。方法　采用免疫放射法 (IRMA)检测 34例口腔鳞癌患者血浆中的CyFRA2 1 1及SCC Ag的浓度 ,比较患者术前和术后第 7天的浓度变化。结果　 34例口腔鳞癌患者中 ,1 9例CyFRA 2 1 1阳性 (>4 0 μg/L) ,9例SCC Ag阳性 (>1 5μg/L) ,其敏感性和准确性分别为 55 9%、65 5 %和 2 6 5 %、43 2 %。联合检测CyFRA2 1 1及SCC Ag ,其敏感性可达 76 5 %。术后CyFRA2 1 1血浆浓度下降 ,与术前相比差异有显著性 (P<0 0 1 )。结论　CyFRA2 1 1是口腔鳞癌的有效肿瘤标志物 ,联合检测CyFRA2 1 1及SCC Ag对于判断肿瘤的复发和转移具有重要的临床意义。CyFRA2 1 1可作为判断口腔鳞癌患者预后的重要指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of CyFRA21-1 d etection in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma Methods The serum levels of CyFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag were determined in 34 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma by immunoradio metric assay Preoperation and postoperation serum concentrations of CyFRA21-1 were compared Results 19 of 34 patients had elevated CyFRA21-1( >4 0 μg/L)and 9 of 34 patients had elevated SCC-Ag (>1 5 μg/L) The se nsitivity and accuracy of CyFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag were 55 9%, 65 5% and 26 5% , 43 2% respectively The sensitivity was increased to 76 5% when CyFRA21-1 assay was combined with SCC-Ag assay The CyFRA21-1 levels in postoperative p atients were lower than that in preoperative patients(P<0 01) Conclu sion CyFRA21-1 is a useful marker for oral squamous cell carcinoma. Combin ation of CyFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag assay is more valuable for dignosis of transfe rence and relapse.
