钒酸氧化法在测定血清总胆红素及直接胆红素值中的应用

【摘要】 [目的 ]对钒酸氧化法测定血清总胆红素和直接胆红素值的适用性进行评价 .[方法 ]采用钒酸氧化法测定血清总胆红素及直接胆红素值 ,并与重氮试剂法进行比较 ,同时对钒酸氧化法的重复性试验、线性试验、干扰试验以及回收试验进行分析总结 .[结果 ]钒酸氧化法与重氮试剂法有很好的相关性 ,测定总胆红素的线性可达 6 84 0 μmol/L ,直接胆红素可达 340 0 μmol/L ;总胆红素日内变异为0 2 0 %~ 1 2 6 % ,直接胆红素日内变异为 0 5 2 %~ 1 0 6 % ;总胆红素和直接胆红素的日间变异各为1 13%~ 2 10 % ,1 4 3%~ 2 10 % ;总胆红素及直接胆红素的平均回收率各为 10 2 74 % ,10 1 71% ;当稀释后的血红蛋白含量低于 7 9g/L时有轻微的干扰 .[结论 ]钒酸氧化法适用于血清总胆红素和直接胆红素的日常测定

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo evaluate the applicability of vanadate oxidation method for measuring total bilirubin (Bil) and direct Bil in serum.?METHODS?As comparing with the diazo method, contents of total Bil and direct Bil in serum were assayed by the vanadate oxidate method, and it was performed that the precision test, linear test, recover test and interfere test for the vanadate oxidation method.?RESULTS?There was a good correlation between the vanadate oxidation and diazo method. The linear range of total Bil was as high as 684 0?μmol/L, while that of direct Bil was as 340 0?μmol/L. The daily variation of total Bil and direct Bil were about 0 20%~1 26% and 0 52%~1 06%, and the day variation of total Bil and direct Bil was about 1 31%~2 10% and 1 43%~2 10%, respectively. The average recovery rate of total Bil and direct blirubin was 102 74% and 101 71%, respectively. The detection of Bil could had mild interference effect while the content of hemoglobin was less than 7 9?g/L.?CONCLUSION?The vanadate oxidate method could be used in routine measuring for total Bil and direct Bil.
