压铸工艺参数在线检测及远距离数据通信系统
Online Detecting and Long-range Communication System of Die-casting Technique Parameters
【摘要】 压铸铝合金是汽车生产的重要材料,控制压铸工艺参数对保证铝合金性能和产品质量具有重要的意义。为建立压铸铝合金成分计算机网络系统,其技术关键是压铸工艺参数的测量和数据传输。提出了一种高性能价格比的压铸工艺参数在线检测及数据传输系统,由AD289线性隔离放大器隔离并提取工艺参数传感器的模拟信号,AT89C52单片机控制MAX187A/D转换器对信号进行采集,通过MAX488通信接口电路实现了单片机与工业控制机之间的远距离数据通信。实际使用和实验表明:系统具有较高的测量精度和数据通信可靠性。
【Abstract】 Diecasting aluminum alloy is an important material of the automobile producing.Controlling technique parameters to guarantee the performance of the diecasting aluminum alloy and the quality of products has important meanings.For settingup computer network system of the composition analysis of diecasting aluminum alloy,the technology key of them is measurement and data transmission of the technique parameters of diecasting.Proposed a high performancecost ratio online detecting and longrange communication system of diecasting technique parameters.AD289 linear segregation amplifier is used to isolate and extract analog signals of technique parameters.MCU AT89C52 controls Max187 A/D converter to gather signals.MAX488 communication port circuit realizes the longrange communication between MCU and industrial computer.In practical use and experiments,the system has showed its high precision and reliability of data communication.
