一种微型传感器的研制与应用
Development and Application of a Kind of Micro-sensor
【摘要】 文中针对反应堆中一种具有小间隙窄长叠层薄板结构形式的堆芯元件 (简称板型元件 )在高速流场中流体诱发振动和动态失稳等问题研制出了一种微型传感器以适应电磁法的要求 ,这种微型传感器具有体积小 ,制作简单 ,几乎不干扰“流场”等优点 ,文章详细阐述了这种传感器的制作原理和相应的电气设备的技术参数。通过对板型元件流致振动试验的综合动态测试 ,结果表明这种微型传感器可靠而有效
【Abstract】 This paper discussed a Micro-sensor which adherenced to a small-space fuel parallel-plate assembly in reactor(short for parallel-plate assembly),these parallel-plates produced flow-induced vibration in high-speed flowing water.The micro-sensor has advantages of small,make easy,no flow field interfering and so on.The paper expounded making principle and technological parameter of elechrical installations.The testing result have proved that the micro-sensor is reliable and desirable.
