【摘要】 利用纸片扩散法和二倍稀释法分别测定 1 0种中草药沸水提取物的抗菌活性和最低抑菌浓度 .结果表明所选取的 1 0种生药中 ,五倍子 (Rhuschirensis M)、黄柏 (Phellodendron anurense R)、大黄 (Pheumoffici-nale B)、野菊 (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat)的抑菌性强 ,抑菌效果好 ,缺点是药力减退快 .地榆 (San-guisorba officinalis L)、黄连 (Coptischinensis Franch)、黄芩 (Scutellaria baicalensis G)、乌梅 (Prunusmune S.etZ.)抑菌性没有以上 4种强 ,但药效持久 ,稳定 .由此可见 ,利用中草约对温和气单胞菌能够起到抑杀作用 .在实际生产中 ,运用五倍子、黄柏、大黄、乌梅、地榆是治疗气单胞菌引起的疾病是较为理想的选择 .更多还原

【Abstract】 By way of paper diffusion and test tube dilution method,this paper studies primarily the antibacterial activity and the minimum inhibitory concentration of the aquenous extracts of 10 kinds of Chinese herbs processed by boiling water to Aeromonas Sobria Popoff and veron..The results showed that Rhus chirensis M, Phellodendron anurense R,Pheumofficinale B,Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat had the higher bacterical inhibition in the 10 kinds of herbs. Sanguisorba officinalis L,Coptis chinensis Franch, Scutellaria baicalensis G ,Prunus mune s.et Z. is followed. It is concluded that the Chinese herbs can inhibit the Aeromonas sobria Popoff and veron.In practical production Rhus chirensis M,Phellod endron anurense R,Pheumofficinale B,Prunus mune S.et Z.are the better drugs that cure the illness caused by the Ameromonas sobria Popoff and reron.更多还原
