【摘要】 目的 探讨桂林西瓜霜的药理作用。方法 观察桂林西瓜霜的抑菌;小鼠耳肿;大鼠足肿及肉芽肿;热板致痛及醋酸致病;祛痰;毛细血管通透性及对口腔粘膜溃疡愈合的作用;急性毒性及长期毒性作用。结果 桂林西瓜霜具有抑菌作用;对小鼠耳肿;大鼠足肿及肉芽肿;热板致痛及醋酸致病;祛痰;毛细血管通透性;口腔粘膜溃疡愈合等均具有显著的作用。小鼠灌胃LD₅₀为1.3±0.12g/kg,大鼠灌胃长期毒性试验未见明显毒性反应。结论 桂林西瓜霜具有抑菌抗炎、消肿止痛、润喉祛痰和化腐生肌等作用,按拟用日剂量及疗程在临床应用是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TO investigate the pharmacodynamics and toxicology of Guilin Watermelon Frost. Methods A series of experiments was carried out on mice and rats to study the pharmacodynamics and toxicology of this drug. Results This drug showed significant inhibitory effect on bacteria, swelling response of mouse auricle, granulation on rats’ feet, pain reflex, sputum secretion, permeability of capillary vessels and ulceration on oral mucosa. Furthermore, LD50 was 1.3±0.12g/kg for mice and there was no significant toxic effect on rats following long-termorally taking. Conclusions Guilin Watermelon Frost holds such therapeutic effects as bacteriostasis, anti-inflammation, detumescence, analgesic and engendering flesh. Moreover, it is safe for clinical use.更多还原
