紫苏叶挥发油超临界CO2萃取工艺的研究

【摘要】 首次探讨了超临界CO2 萃取的压力、温度、流量、时间等条件对萃取紫苏叶挥发油的影响 ,确定其最佳萃取条件 :萃取压力 2 0MPa ,温度 45℃ ,CO2 流量 3 0kg h和 10 0min ,萃取率为 5 .13 % .水蒸气蒸馏萃取得率为 0 .415 % .超临界CO2萃取的收率高 ,萃取时间短

【Abstract】 Perilla frutescens, an annual herb, is an important medical and edible plant. In the paper, we firstly studied the effect of the pressure, the temperature, the CO 2 flowing and extracting time on extraction of the volatile oil of its leaves with supercritical CO 2 , and determined its optimal extracting conditions: the pressure 20 Mpa, the temperature 45 ℃, CO 2 flowing rate30 kg/h and the time 100 min. The volatile oils were obtained by supercritical CO 2 and steam distillation, extraction rates are 5.13% and 0.415% respectively. The rate of the former is higher, and its time is shorter.
