【摘要】 为了保证微处理器芯片设计的正确性 ,需要进行大量的仿真和测试 ,因此需要一个微处理器测试系统 ,以实现微处理芯片功能的测试和调试 .本文分析了微处理器测试系统的功能、组成以及设计中的关键问题

【Abstract】 An test system is essential for the emulation and simulation of a Microprocessor design. This paper presents a prototype of the test system. We also introduce the functions, components and some key points in the design.
