玻屑凝灰岩合成A型沸石工艺优化研究

【摘要】 以经过预处理的玻屑凝灰岩为原料,采用水热反应晶化合成工艺,并对该工艺进行优化,可合成出质量较好的A型沸石产品.该合成工艺流程为:玻屑凝灰岩(预处理)+氢氧化钠+铝酸钠+水→水热反应→晶化合成→过滤、洗涤→烘干→A型沸石产品.最佳技术参数为:硅铝比为2,钠硅比为1.2,水钠比为45,晶化时间≥6h,晶化温度100℃.该工艺流程简单,技术参数容易控制,原料来源丰富,合成成本低,易于实现工业化生产.图6,表4,参14.

【Abstract】 On the basis of many experiments, this paper studies the optimization of the technics about using the vitric tuff of Linli in Hunan to synthesize zeolite A. The technics flow is "the vitric tuff (pretreatment) + NaOH + NaAlO2 + H2O"→hydrothermal reaction→crystallization and synthesis→filtration and washing→drying→zeolite A product. The best technical parameters are that the ratio ofn(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) is 2,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2) is 1.2,n(H2O)/n(Na2O) is 45, crystallization time is more than 6 hours, the temperature is 100 ℃. The better zeolite A is synthesized by this simple technics. Because the technical parameters are controlled easily and the raw material is very rich, zeolite A can be produced easily in industry by using the technics and its synthetic cost is low.6figs.,4tabs.,14refs.
