大规模定制汽车总装生产线规划及其仿真环境

【摘要】 针对汽车大规模定制生产的实施策略,提出汽车总装生产线满足大规模定制的三个关键问题:提高动态响应能力、缩短交货期、降低成本,针对这三个问题讨论了汽车总装生产线规划中的相应对策。根据汽车总装线规划的要求,提出并建立了一个相应的规划仿真环境,该环境包括仿真界面、优化工具、模型库以及数据库,演示了在该环境中进行的一个仿真实例。

【Abstract】 According to the implementation strategy of mass customization in automotive industry, three key problems in the planning of automotive assembly lines for mass customization were presented. These key problems include improving dynamic ability of assembly lines, shortening time to delivery, and reducing cost. Planning strategies to solve these problems were discussed. A simulation environment for the planning of automotive assembly lines for mass customization was designed and established. The environment integrated simulation interface, optimizer, model base and database. A simulation experiment made in the environment was demonstrated.
