【Abstract】 From different aspects such as changing the poor and backward features of China to fulfilling the aim of industrialization, rectifying the tendency of populism in the Party to clarify the Party’s thought, uniting the national capitalist to oppose the autocracy, combating the block and surround of the enemy to develop the border regions economy. The present article illustrates the realistic purpose of Mao Zedong who advocated developing private capitalism in the middle and the later of the War Against Japan. The analyses are of importance to realize the status and function of the private capitalist economy in the socialism market economy.更多还原
