猪GH基因部分多态特征与早期体重的相关研究

【摘要】 试验采用PCR RFLP技术,BspⅠ、HhaⅠ两种限制性内切酶,检测到猪生长激素基因-119～+486位共605bp片段中的3处碱基突变位点(+193、+330、+379),分析比较了各多态位点对姜曲海猪早期体重的影响。结果发现:姜曲海猪群中,BspⅠ酶切产生的三种基因型个体的早期平均体重间没有差异,但A1A1基因型个体早期的平均体重略高于其它两种基因型个体。HhaⅠ酶切产生的不同基因型中,C1C2型个体在20日龄、70日龄的平均体重均显著地高于C1C4基因型个体的体重(P<0 05)。

【Abstract】 The genotypes of 73 Jiangquhai pigs at GH gene from -119～+486 were detected by PCRRFLP.The PCR products were cut by BspⅠ and HhaⅠ,and produced three polymorphism sites:one for BspⅠ at +193,two for HhaⅠ at +330 and +379.Effects of different genotypes on early bodyweight were analyzed.The results showed that no significant differences were observed among different BspⅠ genotypes,while 20day and 70day bodyweight of the pigs with C1C2 genotype were significantly higher than that of pigs with C1C4 genotype (P<005).
