【摘要】 目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF- α)与原发性高血压病 (EH)胰岛素抵抗 (IR)发病的关系、作用机制及临床防治意义。 方法 :分别应用氧化酶法、放射免疫法和双抗体法测定 6 3例 EH患者与 77例健康者的外周血空腹血糖 (FBG)、血清胰岛素 (FINS)及 TNF- α值。同时按全国高血压普查方案由专人测量血压、身高、体重、腰围、腹围。计算胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)、体重指数 (BMI)、脂肪分布指数 (WHR)。 结果 :高血压组患者 WHR及血清 INS、TNF-α水平显著高于对照组 ,有统计学意义。高血压组 BMI、WHR、INS与 TNF-α呈正相关 ,ISI与 TNF-α呈负相关。结论:TNF-α在 EH及 IR发病中起重要作用 ,同时 TNF-α和 IR共同作用、相互促进 ,一起参与影响 EH的发生发展更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the correlation? action and clinical significance of insulin resistance and TNF αin the eldly patients with essential hypertention(EH). Methods: Fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum insulin level and TNF α were mesured in 63 EH patiens and 77 healthy eldly by oxidase methods and RIA. Insulin sensitivity index (ISI), body mass index (BMI) and waist hip ratio (WHR) were calculated. Results: The levels of INS, TNF αin serum and WHR of the patients with essential hypertension were significantly higher than those in normal subjects, and the BMI, WHR, INS in EH group positively correlated with TNF α. Conclusion: TNF α may play an important part in the development of EH and IR. Interaction between IR and TNF α may involve in the development of EH.更多还原
