球墨铸铁缸体皮下气孔的防止

【摘要】 通过改变铸造工艺,提高浇注温度,保证型壳焙烧充分,铸型内撒冰晶石粉等工艺措施,有效地防止球墨铸铁缸体皮下气孔的产生。

【Abstract】 The Pinhole defect of the ductile iron cylinder body was effectively prevented by adopting some process and method measures including;improving foundry method,increasing pouring temperature, thoroughly baking mould shell,and dusting the mould cavity with cryolite powder,etc.
