【摘要】 在高校管理体制改革的背景下 ,论述了高校图书馆管理体制改革的必要性和有利条件 ,构思了图书馆管理体制的基本框架。

【Abstract】 ? In the background of the Academic Management System Reform,this paper expounded necessity and beneficial conditions of the reform of the management system in the academic library,then it discussed essential framework about the management system of the academic library.
