硅胶乳房假体表面接枝N-VP改善表面生物组织相容性的CT评价

【摘要】 目的硅胶乳房假体的组织相容性不佳,植入体内后易形成纤维囊壁影响手术效果,观察改性后的乳房假体植入体内后纤维囊壁形成情况,并进行CT评价。方法通过辐射的方法把亲水性化学单体N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(N-VP)接枝到硅胶乳房假体表面,改变假体的表面特性并植入兔的背部皮下组织;将未经接枝改性的正常假体作为对照组,术后8及32周,通过CT扫描观察假体周围纤维囊壁的形成。结果CT扫描显示术后8及32周,改性组的硅胶假体外形无明显改变,而未改性组外形显著改变。结论在硅胶乳房假体表面接枝N-VP后可以有效地改善假体表面的组织相容性,减少周围纤维囊壁的形成。

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the formation of fibrous capsule induced by reshaping silicone breast prosthesis implantation and CT evaluation. Methods N vinyl pyrrolidone(N VP),the hydrophilic monomer,was grafted onto the surface of silicone breast prosthesis by 60Co radiation. The bilateral subcutaneous tissues of back of rabbits were implanted to the prosthesis with the reshaping surface characteristics. The unchanged prosthesis was used as the controls.Using CT observed the fiber capsule formation around the prosthesis at 8 and 32 weeks after operation.Results Compared with the control group, the height of grafting prosthesis decreased insignificantly at 8 and 32 weeks after operation.Conclusion N VP grafting onto the implant surface effectively changes its tissue compatibility and reduces the fiber capsule formation around the prosthesis. <P>
