利多卡因对哮喘大鼠作用的实验研究
Experimental study of lidocaine on asthma rats
【摘要】 目的 探讨利多卡因对哮喘大鼠的治疗作用。方法 采用鸡卵蛋白 (OVA)加Al(OH) 3致敏大鼠 ,2周后用 1%OVA溶液喷雾诱发大鼠哮喘发作。然后给予利多卡因雾化吸入 ,每天2 0min ,连续 7d。描记呼吸曲线 ,检测血气分析 ,计数嗜酸性粒细胞。结果 哮喘组治疗前与治疗后及正常对照组比较 ,p(O2 )与Sa(O2 )明显下降 ,呼吸频率明显加快。利多卡因吸入后上述指标明显改善 ,与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结论 雾化吸入利多卡因可提高哮喘大鼠 p(O2 )和Sa(O2 ) ,减慢呼吸频率 ,改善呼吸功能 ,对哮喘大鼠有明显的治疗作用
【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the therapeutic effect of lidocaine on asthma rats. Methods Rats models were made sensitive with OVA and Al(OH) 3. Two weeks after, rats models were induced to asthma by spraying the solution of 1% OVA. Then they were treated with atomized inhalation of lidocaine 20 minutes a day for a week. Respiration curve was marked, blood gas was inspected and eosinophilic granulocyte was counted. Results Compared with normal control group and post treatment, p (O 2) and S a(O 2) in asthma group before treatment were significantly lowered and respiration frequency was significantly increased. After atomized inhalation of lidocaine, the indexes above mentioned in asthma group were significantly improved. Those in normal control group showed no notable difference. Conclusion Atomized inhalation of lidocaine can advance p (O 2) and S a(O 2) in asthma rat and improve respiration. It has obvious therapeutic effect to asthma rat.
