【摘要】 目的　研究糖尿病患者胆囊排空功能的改变及西沙必利对胆囊排空的影响。方法　用B超观察无胆石症的糖尿病患者餐前及餐后胆囊收缩率、收缩速度、充盈速度以及服用西沙必利后各项指标的变化 ,并测定血中胰多肽 (PP)水平。结果　伴有自主神经病变的糖尿病患者胆囊排空功能、餐后PP的浓度较正常人和无自主神经病变者明显减低 ;西沙必利治疗后 ,伴有自主神经病变的糖尿病患者胆囊的排空功能较用药前明显好转。结论　糖尿病患者伴有胆囊排空延缓 ,支配胆囊的自主神经受损可能是其重要原因之一 ;西沙必利可促进此类患者胆囊的排空更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the changes of gallbladde r emptying function in diabetic patients and the effect of cisapride on gallbladder emptying. Methods The contraction percentage, contraction velocity and turgor ve locity of gallbl adder were observed with ultrasound type B before and after meal. After treated with cisapride, the indexes and Pancreatic polypeptide (PP) in serum were determ ined. Results The function of gallbladder emptying and postprand ial concentration of PP in diabetic patients with autonomic neuropathy was obvious lower than tho se of healthy subjects and diabetic patients without autonomic neuropathy. After treated with cisapride, the function of gallbladder emptying of the diabetic pa tients with autonomic neuropathy was significantly improved. Conclusion The dysf unction of gallbladder emptying in diabetic patients is partly due to the autono mic neural injured. Cisapride can improve the gallbladder emptying of these pati ents.更多还原
