【Abstract】 Financing strategy is an important component in the enterprise’s financial strategy. A good financing strategy of an enterprise can deduce the enterprise’s financing cost, realize the enterprise’s financial management target, upgrade the enterprise’s economic efficiency. Therefore analyzing the financing environment, selecting the financing method, measuring the financing cost and financing risk, optimizing the financing structure have become important in researching the enterprise’s financing strategy.
