【Abstract】 In recent years the transnational corporations are making more and more goods procurement in our country, which provides a new and effective means for our country’s enterprises and commodities to go towards global market. But to enter the transnational corporation’s supply chain, we have to get acquainted with transnational corporation’s procurement standard, suit its procurement rules, especially to make the goods’ international certificate, to do trade on line, to establish net credit.
