【Abstract】 Since 1990s, the relationship between water supply and demand of the Yellow river has been tense gradually, the noflow events occurred not only in the lower reach but also in the upper and middle reaches. Of the seven main rivers in our country, the Yellow river water problem is the most severe. Based on the recent transformation trend of the water resources, the current situation and problems of the water utilization are analyzed, the research trend in 21st century is presented in this article.更多还原
