【摘要】 对兰州百合 (Liliundavidiivar Unicolor(hong)cotton)组培过程中的染色体行为进行了研究 .随着其继代次数的增加 ,愈伤组织细胞染色体数目变异随之增加 .而继代次数对诱导小鳞芽的染色体数目影响不大 ,仅与诱导成芽率成负相关 .同时研究了不同激素配比与染色体数目的变异效应更多还原

【Abstract】 The chromosome aberration of Liliun davidii var.Unicolor(hong)cotton is studied on culture.The results show that the aberration of chromosome number of embryogenic callus is increased with increase of subculture time which has almost no affection on the number chromosome of buibil,and it decreases the number of buibil.At the same time, the result of aberration is studied in some concentration of hormones.更多还原
