电子节能灯可靠性缺陷的独立故障统计分析及其改进设想

【摘要】 我国电子节能灯可靠性较低是严重影响这种“绿色”节电照明电器推广应用的主要问题 ,对其损坏产品进行实证统计分析是找出其设计、制造、使用各环节缺陷从而提高其质量和可靠性的有效途径之一。本文运用独立故障统计分析方法进行了这方面的探索并提出了设计改进设想
【Abstract】 The lower reliability of electronic energy saving lamp is the main cause which precludes its from widely application. The statistic analysis to the failing products is one of the most efficient way to find its problem in aspects of design,production and use. This method may much improve the quality and reliability of the lamp. The article researches it by using “Independent Failure” statistic analysis and the method of how to improve its design is suggested.
