【摘要】 给出总体极小化问题的神经网络模型 ,分析了网络的电路实现。证明了网络平稳点集合的全局 H-稳定性 ,从而有效地解决了网络的可靠运行问题

【Abstract】 Neural networks for problems of the global optimization are proposed in this paper and the global convergence of the equilibrium point set is also proven.The results obtained present the reliable action for the neural networks.
