碱性水溶液中β-环糊精的选择性磺酰化
Regioselective sulfonation of β-cyclodextrin in an alkaline aqueous solution
【摘要】 在碱性水溶液中采用不同反应物摩尔配比、NaOH浓度及不同的分离方法,制备了6位碳伯羟基和2位碳仲羟基单对甲苯磺酰β-环糊精酯(β-CD-6-OTs和β-CD-2-OTs)。通过讨论反应条件对两种异构体产率的影响,并结合产物结构的1HNMR,DSC和TGA分析,推测了可能的反应机理。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of βcyclodextrin solfonate isomers,mono(6Otosyl)βcyclodextrin and mono(2Otosyl)βcyclodextrin were synthesized under the conditions with changing reactant ratio,the concentration of alkaline aqueous solution and different separation techniques for isomes.The reaction mechanism was discussed on basis of the influence of reaction conditions on yield of βcyclodextrin sulfonate and the structure of βCD6OTs and βCD2OTs analysized via 1 H NMR,DSC and TGA technologies.
