西安上市公司绩差“壳”资源素质分析及利用

【摘要】 剖析了西安上市公司绩差“壳”资源的股本状况、主营业务状况以及绩差“壳”公司存在的问题。通过对西安绩差“壳”公司内在素质的分析 ,探讨了西安上市公司绩差“壳”资源的利用模式

【Abstract】 On the basis of exploring capitalization situation and main business situation of the poor performance shell resources of the listed companies in Xi’an, this paper points out the problems existing in these poor performance shell companies, analyzes their internal stuff, and probes into the utilization model of the shell resources of the listed companies in Xi’an.
