【摘要】 如何加强一个集体的凝聚力、向心力和战斗力 ,团结是一个很重要的因素 ,对于领导班子来说 ,团结是党的建设的生命线 ,对于领导干部来说 ,又是觉悟高和党性强的一种体现

【Abstract】 Union is an important factor to enhance a collective’s cohesion, centripetal force and fighting capacity. To the leading team, union is the life line of the Party construction, while to the leading members, it demonstrates their high consciousness and strong Party spirit.
