【Abstract】 The financial history of modern Guangdong province is an important part of that of China. During the period of confrontation between the central Nanking government and Guangdong provincial government(1928-1936), the authorities of Guangdong province actively pushed forward the financial development and enacted laws on financial activities such as issue of money, government bonds and insurance, developing a financial legal system with local characteristics, which was a significant advance in China at that time.更多还原
