HHPN型温度敏感元件在测温应用中T/U变换线性范围的延展
Linear range extension of T/U conversion in the application of HHPN-type temperature-sensitive device to the temperature-measurement
【摘要】 介绍了 HHPN型温度敏感元件在非线性区域中的线性处理方法 ,经 T/ U变换线性化处理后 ,测温范围可由 0~ 10 0℃延展为 - 45~ +15 0℃ ;非线性误差从 0 .15 %减小到 0 .0 6 % .
【Abstract】 A linearization process method of HHPN type temperature-sensitive device used in the nonlinear region is presented. After linearization process of T/U conversion, the temperature-measurement range can be extended from 0~100℃ to -45~+150℃, and the non-linear error is decreased from 0.15% to 0.06%.
