现场总线技术在汽车生产物流管理中的应用

【摘要】 简要介绍了现场总线技术在汽车生产物流系统中的应用情况,同时分析了INTERBUS和CANBUS的特性。在此基础上阐述了INTERBUS在汽年生产物流系统中的应用,并通过OPC服务器实现远程总线控制器与上位机通讯,利用工业组态软件组态王构建友好的人机界面。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the application of fieldbus in automobile production logistics system and analyzes the features of Interims and Canbus. With OPC server, the communication between remote Bus-controller and up-machine is fulfilled and using industrial configuration software, a friendly human-machine interface can be designed.
