全球物流环境下的冷藏链发展研究

【摘要】 介绍了冷藏链的基本概念以及冷藏链不同于其他供应链的基本特点,分析了冷藏链的关键技术以及供应链管理技术在冷藏链管理中的应用。最后,在全球物流的环境下,在我国冷藏链与国外冷藏链的比较的基础上,提出了大力发展冷藏链的具体对策和措施。

【Abstract】 The concept and characteristics of cold chain are introduced.Its key technology and application of SCM technology in cold chain management are analyzed.On the basis of comparing cold chain in China with that in developed countries,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for developing cold chain in China.
