A36切边分层钢板的扫描电镜分析

【摘要】 利用XL-30扫描电镜能谱仪对A36钢板切边分层缺陷的形貌、夹杂物和组织进行分析研究,指出铸 坯内部的氧化物和硅酸盐夹杂引起的铸坯内部裂纹是造成钢板切边分层的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Conformation,inclusions and organization of A36 layered cut-side sample have been ana-lyzed with XL-30 SEM and EDS, The results show that the crack of billet which create from inclusions, especially oxide and silicate, are mostly responsible for the layered cut-side sample.
