机械合金化制备Fe50B15Si35纳米粉末的结构和磁性
STRUCTURE AND MAGNEUC PROPERTIES OF Fe50B15Si35 AMORPHOUS POWDER PRODUCED BY MECHANICALLY ALLOYING
【摘要】 用机械合金化的方法制备了Fe50B15Si35纳米粉末,研究了Fe50B15Si35混合粉末在机械球磨过程中结构和磁性的变化。X射线衍射和矫顽力的测量结果表明,粉末的晶粒尺寸随球磨时间的增加而减小,样品的矫顽力随球磨时间变化而变化。
【Abstract】 The change of structure and magnetic properties of Fe50B15Si35 powders during mechanical alloying were studied by using X - ray diffraction and coercively measurements, results show that the grain size of the powder decreases with the increasing of the milling . Coercive force of the sample changes with increasing of milling time.
