新型混凝土减缩剂的研究(I)—水泥胶砂试验
The New Type Shrinkage-reducing Admixture (I)—Test on High Strength Portland Cement Mortars
【摘要】 自收缩会造成混凝土的早期收缩开裂 ,严重影响混凝土结构的强度和耐久性。选取了几种非离子型表面活性剂 ,通过种类和掺量的优化 ,研制出了混凝土用减缩剂。试验结果表明 :这些减缩剂具有良好的减缩效果 ,对强度无不良影响 ,适合实际工程应用。
【Abstract】 Autogenous-shrinkage will cause the concrete early crack, which will seriously affect the concrete strength and durability. In this paper, some non-ion surface-active agents were selected and optimized, several shrinkage-reducing admixtures were prepared. The test results showed that two kinds of the shrinkage-reducing admixtures obviously reduced the autogenous shrinkage ratio and had no negative influence on the strength.
