从激光扫描数据中进行建筑物特征提取研究

【摘要】 提出了一套基于建筑物几何特征的信息挖掘方案 ,并具体介绍了研究中采用的一些原理、方法与实用算法 ,从而可以直接从激光扫描数据中提取建筑物的平面外轮廓信息。利用本方案对车载激光扫描系统获取的城市建筑物试验数据进行了具体的处理 ,并给出了三维建模和可视化表达结果。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of digital earth and 3D GIS,the speedy capture of 3D spatial data and image data is becoming the bottleneck restricting its development.The system integrated laser scanning technology can realize almost real_time capture of spatial information although it has defects such as huge amount of dataset, discrete points with no topology relations,etc.In this paper an information mining method,by which the geometry features of urban buildings can be extracted directly from the original data captured by laser scanner,is proposed.The principles and algorithms adopted are presented. The method has succeeded to process the data derived from the vehicle_borne laser scanning system that is supported by the Project 863, to extract building features,to rebuild 3D models and to realize 3D visualization. Finally some conclusions are given.
