气体流量对多壁纳米碳管形貌和产率的影响
Influence of Flowing Rate of Gases on Morphology and Yield of Multi-Walled Carbon Nano Tubes
【摘要】 以CH4 为碳源气 ,以H2 为还原气 ,以纳米NiO -SiO2 气凝胶为催化剂 ,探讨了气相化学沉积法制备多壁纳米碳管工艺过程中 ,气体流量对产物形貌和产率的影响。实验结果表明 ,CH4 和H2 流量保持为 2∶1,气体总量一定时可以经济地制备出长径比大、形态较好的纳米碳管 ,且产率较高
【Abstract】 The present paper discusses influence of flowing rate of gases on the morphology and yield of the multi-walled carbon nano-tubes(MWCNTs)in the process of preparation of MWCNTs by CVD method using methane as carbon source,hydrogen as supporting and reducing gas and nano-sized NiO-SiO 2 aerogel as catalyst.The experimental results indicate that the MWCNTs having large length diameter ratio,good morphology and high yield can be prepared as long as the ratio of CH 4 and H 2 holds on 2∶1 and the gross flowing rate remains constant.
