【Abstract】 This paper describes real-time implementation of the ITU-T H.263 video coder with digital signal processor TMS320C6000 of the Texas Instruments Inc. The H.263 video coder is an ITU-T recommendation for a low-bit rate video encoder and decoder. The implementation described in this paper is compliant with the contents of recommendation H.263 and the new coding techniques in H.263+; its real-time implementation and code optimization with TMS320C6711 DSP is also discussed.更多还原
