【摘要】 基本建设是一项综合的经济活动 ,旨在讨论在建设项目实施过程中如何采取有效措施 ,通过科学管理的方法来控制基建投资。

【Abstract】 As capital construction is one of the comprehensive economic activities,this thesis discusses how to take effective measures to control capital works investment in terms of scientific management in the whole course of the implementation of the capital construction projects.
