【Abstract】 As a trade policy to promote exports of the RMB excha nge rate has gone into effect and improved the trade balance of China, as a big developing trade country now, when deciding whether to take the trade policy t hat exchange rates depress we must take a careful consideration. We should not o nly consider Marshall-Lenner condition, but also connect it with the inter nationa l trade environments and national economic circumstances.
