【Abstract】 The development of college sports should be people-oriented. Modern management is based on the active participation of people. Scientific management and motivation mechanism are the keys to the development of the P.E. teachers. Motivation is the catalyst of achieving the goals in the process of management. Scientific management system should define the direction of motivation. The optimization of sports management environment cannot be separated from the ideas of sports educators.
